一、收件人格式有问题

二、对用用户不存在

关键字：No such user、 unknown、illegal alias、account

四、对方邮箱空间不够，无法接收新邮件？

五、发送的邮件过大，造成接收方服务器拒收？

关键字： exceeds 、maximum message size、Data

size

退信原因：

由于发送方的邮件容量过大导致接收方的系统服务商拒收此邮件。




六、邮件群发包含过多用户？

关键字： Too many、less than 20


退信信息例子：

退信原因：过多投递者（邮件系统指令）。





七、DNS解析问题、无法查找对方服务器



退信信息例子：


DNS: 10 second wait for DNS response

退信提示Socket connection closed by the other

side (how rude!)或Winsock Error 10053 Connection

abort。产生这种退信的原因有

（1）发送的附件大，于是产生网络连接问题，请发送小点的附件。

（2）退信提示Socket connection closed by the other side (how

rude!)，Winsock Error 10053 Connection abort，一般为对方服务器或网络问题。

（3）网络延时问题，请查看网络流量使用情况。

（4）邮件服务器和发送端电脑的杀毒软件影响，把杀毒软件的“邮件监控”关掉。

（5）网络前端有防火墙，防火墙中有设置关于邮件方面或smtp方面的设置，关闭此项设置。

（6）中国国家防火墙（GFW）的误判与干扰

（7）国内与国外之间的网络连接速度等问题



如果和国外通信频繁，建议在国外架设一台服务器或使用国外的邮件服务器代发与代收。


国内与国外发送邮件，存在几个问题：


（1）“中国国家防火墙（GFW）”的误判与干扰


（2）国内与国外的之间的网络速度问题





十、对方服务器/临时性问题

关键字：please try later


退信例子：

451 Temporary local problem - please try later


两种可能性：

（1） 对方服务器真出现了临时错误，而不能接收邮件

（2） 对方服务器采用的一种反垃圾机制，一般而言重发才接收






十一、由反病毒引起的退信


550 Error: Possible VIRUS (W32/Netsky@MM)

失败原因：对方系统认为你的邮件是病毒（蠕虫）。




十二、其它退信

530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first.

失败原因：对方邮件系统需要进行TLS通讯，您这边必须得启动SMTP TLS加密通讯。




十三、由反垃圾引起的退信


1、反向解析（PTR）：

450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your

hostname

554- (RTR:CH)

550 We cannot accept email from IP 113.106.88.154 without a

DNS PTR record. Contact your ISP/HSP to set up PTR record for your

退信中如果有类似上述的内容（ptr或rdns等），则说明发件方公网IP地址没有做反向解析记录，需要联系下ISP做下。

失败原因：对方拒收。

失败原因：554 DT:SPM 发送的邮件内容包含了未被网易许可的信息，或违背了网易的反垃圾服务条款。

失败原因：可能进了反垃圾组织黑名单中，到这里面去查下IP并申诉http://www.kloth.net/services/dnsbl.php
